  • Usage analytics or tracking data
  • Device information beyond what's required for app functionality

What we may collect:

  • Crash reports (anonymized) to improve app stability
  • App Store review and rating data (managed by Apple)

Local Storage

All your mortgage data is stored locally on your device using Core Data. This means:

  • Your data never leaves your device
  • We cannot access your information
  • No cloud backups or syncing (by design)
  • Data is deleted when you delete the app

Third-Party Services

Hometra uses no third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services. The app operates independently using only Apple's native iOS frameworks.

Data Security

Since your data remains on your device, security depends on your device's security features:

  • Use device passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID
  • Keep your iOS updated
  • The app supports biometric authentication for additional security

Children's Privacy

Hometra is designed for adults managing mortgages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
